I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel which was supposed to be a romantic getaway. The location was good with easy access to the theatre, but the rooms had some drawbacks, especially with outdated decor and some cleanliness issues. The service was generally attentive, although we faced a challenging start with check-in. Overall, there were both high points and areas that truly need improvement.
